Permafang FAQ
How long do they last?
Longevity can range anywhere from 1 month-4+ years and is based on the user's care for them. Read more into longevity factors here.
How does it affect eating?
As long as you have your permafangs you should;
Avoid: Crunchy/Sticky/Tacky foods (These can still be eaten but you should only use your back teeth)
Using your permafangs to tear/chew/bite directly down on foods (such as tough meat and bread)
Biting large food directly (like apples, for example, should be cut into smaller pieces to avoid using the fangs)
Will it give me a lisp/affect my speech?
As of now I have not had any client’s speech be affected after the installation of their fangs. If there is anything, it is extremely minor and your tongue will quickly learn how to work around it.
Can I get them as a minor, even with my parents permission?
I do not perform any services on minors, even with parental permission, no exceptions.
Can I get them removed later on?
Permafangs are able to be removed at any point. This can be done by a dentist, or myself
What do I tell my dentist?
If they ask, simply say they were made from dental composite through a bonding method.
I am worried it wont match the shade of my teeth.
The composite that is used is semi transparent- which allows it to blend into most shades.
Does it affect oral sex?
It really depends on the people involved, due to anatomy on both your end and the one receiving. I would suggest to use your best judgement to your personal situation.
If it is something you are seriously concerned about, I would recommend going with a shorter set, going with a duller end to the fang as opposed to sharper.
Do you offer bottom sets?
I can, but under very specific conditions.
Bottom installation depends on whether your dental
anatomy supports the space for the fangs. This would be something I would have to see in person and there is no guarantee that it can be done.
The longevity of bottom fangs are also highly affected due to there being more pressure put on your bottom teeth in general.
Because of this, bottom permafangs are not covered by the same replacement policy.
Knowing all this, if it is possible, it will be considered a Chibi set, and priced as such.
What is the composite made out of?
The composite is a dental grade mix of resin and ceramic particles
Can I get them while pregnant?
Permafangs are totally noninvasive and do not pose a risk to those pregnant
Should I do anything leading up to the appointment?
The most important thing to do leading up to the appointment is to purchase a nocturnal mouthguard. Other than this, it is important to brush your teeth regularly (2x a day) leading up to the appointment as well as before the appointment itself. A buildup of plaque can keep the composite from fully adhering to the tooth. For this reason, getting a professional cleaning by your dentist sometime before the installation is recommended but not necessary.

Do I accept trades?
I love trades, but I tend to be very particular with the services and products that I choose for myself, as well as depending on what my current financial state is.
I am open to any services equal to the value /and/or permanence of whatever you receive on your end. This includes partial trades, depending on the service/product.

Do I teach/offer classes?
No.
I sent an inquiry/message but did not hear back
The most likely case is that it’s in your spam- If not, there is a chance your email was invalid and I couldn't reach out to you.
Unless you are being blatantly rude or crossing boundaries, I will respond to you as soon as I can.
